All prices are inclusive of Florida state taxes.  Bookings of six nights or less will be charged a clean fee of £50 / $85.  Minimum stay three nights, stays of three nights or less will attract an additional $25 booking fee.

There is a small daily resort fee of $10, per house, charged byRegal Palms that provides unlimited use of all the facilities.
