Exit the airport and follow the 528 West (Note: You will need US coinage to pay as this is a toll road).
Follow the 528 to the end and exit onto the I4 (Interstate) and travel South West.
Exit the I4 at junction 64B onto the 192 West.
Follow the 192 to the end and exit onto the 27 South.
After approximately three miles turn right into Sand Mine Road
(next to the Publix Supermarket).
Regal Palms Resort is located on the right hand side.
From Sanford Airport
Exit airport following signs to Sanford/ Orlando Interstate 4, 417 (This road is called Lake Mary Boulevard).
Travel approximately 2 miles on Lake Mary Blvd to South 417 Orlando.
Turn left to South 417 (Toll road - change given)
Travel approx 43 miles following signs South 417 (also called Central Florida Greenway).
Exit Greenway following signs for International Drive, State Road 535, Interstate 4.
Travel on this road for about 2 miles until you see an exit for Interstate 4.

Take this exit and head West onto I-4 towards Tampa.
Travel Interstate 4 until you see exit #64B (192 Disney World).
Travel on Highway 192 for approx 7 miles.
Get on Highway 27 South and travel about 3 miles. At first traffic light, take a right onto Sand Mine Road (Publix supermarket on corner). The entrance to regal Palms will be on your right.
From Florida Turnpike South
Exit Florida Turnpike at Highway 27 South, exit #289.
Pass the exit for Disney World and travel about 3 more miles.
At the traffic light take a right onto Sand Mine Road (Publix supermarket on corner). The entrance to regal Palms will be on your right.
From Florida Turnpike North
Exit Florida Turnpike at Kissimmee/St Cloud (Highway 192) exit #242
Travel West on Highway 192 for approx 20-25 miles.
Get onto Highway 27 South and Travel about 3 miles .
At first traffic light, take a right onto Sand Mine Road (Publix supermarket on corner). The entrance to regal Palms will be on your right.
From Interstate 4 Eastbound
Travel Interstate 4 until you reach the exit for Baseball City (Highway 27).
Exit and head North on Highway 27.
Travel on HWy 27 for approx 4 miles.
At traffic light, take a right onto Sand Mine Road (Publix supermarket on corner). The entrance to regal Palms will be on your right.
From Interstate 4 Westbound
Exit Interstate 4 at #64B (Highway 192).
Take 192 West heading towards Splendid China.
Travel on Highway 192 for approx 7 miles.
Go South on Highway 27
Travel about 3 miles.
