Bookings
- Bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the booking value to secure your dates.
- All rates include Florida State sales tax (12%).
- Rates are by property, not by person.
- Check-in time is 4.00pm and Check-out time is 11.00am.
- No guests under 21 unless accompanied by an adult
- All outstanding balances should be paid in full, 8 weeks before arrival.
- A cleaning and administration charge of $85 / £50 is added to all reservations of six nights or less.
- Minimum booking of three nights.
- All reservations are taken subject to all terms and conditions.
- Please read the terms and conditions before booking. If there is anything that you don't understand about the terms and conditions then please ask us either by phone or email.
- We will respond to emails within a 24hr period and where possible answer the telephone immediately. However, if it is necessary to leave a telephone message we will return your call as soon as possible/within 24hrs.

Major debit/credit cards are accepted and you may pay using Paypal and personal cheques accepted with advance notice.
