• Bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the booking value to secure your dates. [payable in UK pounds or US dollars].
• All rates include Florida State sales tax (12%).
• Rates are by property, not by person.
• A major credit card is required upon check in. Note: Debit cards not accepted.
• Check-in time is 4.00pm and Check-out time is 11.00am.
• No one under 18 admitted unless accompanied by an adult
• All outstanding balances should be paid in full, 8 weeks before arrival.
• A cleaning and administration charge of £50/$85 is added to all reservations of less than 6 nights.
• All reservations are taken subject to all Terms & Conditions

• We will respond to emails within a 24hr period and where possible answer the telephone immediately. However, if  it is necessary to leave a telephone message we will return your call as soon as possible/within 24hrs.
